Amarnath Yatra is one of the most sacred pilgrimages for Hindus, attracting devotees from across the world. Located in the serene Himalayas of Jammu & Kashmir, the Amarnath Cave is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is famous for the naturally formed ice Shivling, believed to symbolize Lord Shiva himself.

The yatra is not just a religious journey, but a spiritual experience that brings peace, devotion, and awe for nature’s wonder.

• Holy Cave: Situated at an altitude of approx. 3,888 meters, the Amarnath Cave is accessible only during the summer months of July to August.
   
• Ice Shivling: The naturally occurring ice stalagmite forms during this period and gradually melts – symbolizing the cycle of creation and dissolution.
   
• Two Trekking Routes:
   
  • Pahalgam Route (approx. 43 km) – scenic and traditional
     
  • Baltal Route (approx. 14 km) – shorter but steeper
