This policy applies to all individuals, firms, or entities authorized as Franchise Partners of Dwellin Travel World, across all operational regions.

• A Franchise Authorization Letter/Certificate shall be issued by the Head Office, signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
   
• Authorization shall be valid for a specific period (usually one year) and must be renewed upon expiry.
   
• Franchisees are permitted to use the Dwellin Travel World brand name, logo, and marketing material only for legitimate business activities.
   

• Operate travel and tourism services under the Dwellin Travel World brand.
   
• Access to approved travel products and supplier networks.
   
• Use of official branding (as per Dwellin Travel World guidelines).
   
• Recognition and validation by hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers.
   

• Maintain professional conduct and integrity in all dealings.
   
• Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and taxation.
   
• Avoid misuse of the Dwellin Travel World name, brand, or resources.
   
• Report monthly/quarterly business updates to Head Office.
   
• Protect confidential client and company data.
   

• Franchise partners cannot issue statements, commitments, or guarantees on behalf of Dwellin Travel World without prior approval.
   
• Authorization is non-transferable and non-assignable.
   
• Unauthorized use of the Dwellin Travel World name or logo beyond the agreed scope may lead to termination and legal action.
   

• Dwellin Travel World reserves the right to revoke authorization at any time due to non-compliance, misconduct, or breach of terms which hampers the goals and vision of the Company.
   
• Upon termination, the franchise partner must cease use of the brand name and return all official materials immediately.
